Nicole Guinot Varty

I am a full-time lecturer in the English Department at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. I specialize in First Year Writing and Composition Pedagogy, along with literacy studies, basic writing and Teacher Research. Some of my recent scholarship has been presented at CCCC, NCTE, and has appeared on National Writing Project radio.
